Step 1: "WE THE PEOPLE ...": Remember that by the U.S. Constitution, the citizens run things in America. We do this by voting.
Step 2: Vote for a servant leader. Vote for the candidate who Listens, Values diversity, and Cultivates trust. A person who Develops other leaders, Helps other people, Encourages, Uses persuasion, Thinks “you” not “me”, Acts with humility and Thinks long term.
Step 3: Vote only for the candidate that has a well-articulated vision which looks optimistically to the future and stirs your imagination with the possibilities it invokes. Ignore the candidate who talks about the other man or woman in negative ways. Ignore them!
Step 4: Vote only for the candidate that takes little or no money from any kind of organization. Vote for candidates with the smallest average contribution amount from individual citizens. We voters should pay for elections. Our interest should be the only special interest candidates focus on.
Step 5: Keep your vote a secret. Tell no one. The more you keep it secret the more power your vote will have and retain. Don’t answer or respond to polls, before or after you vote. Keep your vote a secret!
